1. Who we are

HeyMrFox is a private AI setup service operated by Esther Knoetze ("we", "us", "our"). We can be reached at hello@heymrfox.com.

2. What information we collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:

• Email address — when you join our waitlist or apply for early access
• Name — when you purchase a setup, so we can personalise Mr. Fox for you
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details
• Communications — emails you send to us at hello@heymrfox.com

3. What we do NOT collect

This is important. Once your private server is set up and running:

• We have no access to your conversations with Mr. Fox
• We have no access to your files saved to your workspace
• We do not log or monitor your AI interactions
• Your data does not train any AI model — not ours, not anyone else's
• We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural advertising, or third-party analytics on this website

4. How we use your information

We use your email address and name solely for:

• Sending you waitlist updates and launch announcements
• Communicating about your setup and support requests
• Sending transactional emails related to your purchase

We do not send marketing emails from third parties. We do not sell your data to anyone.

5. Your private server

When we set up your private VPS, we access the server temporarily to install and configure the software. After setup is complete and confirmed, we have no ongoing access to your server. Your conversations, files, and data belong exclusively to you.

You are responsible for maintaining your server, your Anthropic API key, and your VPS hosting account after setup.

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. The only data stored in your browser is what you type into our email form, which stays in your browser until you submit it.

7. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Hostinger — website hosting for heymrfox.com
• Cloudflare — DNS management and email routing
• VPS Server Provider — VPS hosting for your private server (your account, not ours)
• Anthropic — AI model provider (your API key, your account)

8. Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as you are subscribed to our communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at hello@heymrfox.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for email communications at any time

10. Children's privacy

HeyMrFox is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist subscribers of any significant changes by email. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
